#1) Sales MUST be top priority for all businesses. "Sales eats first." #2) Creating systems and processes is not just a statement but rather a necessity for any business to succeed. Which of the two above statements are true? About me: Family business background. Retail/wholesale; indoor/outdoor sales; takeover (via purchase) and start up business experience. Private and corporate business experience. Each of the aforementioned is where I have been on a daily, weekly and annual basis for the past thirty plus years. In business I try to challenge everyone I meet to reach the best conclusion for any and every situation they may come up against. How? Coaching. Not managing. Not telling. But by sharing and questioning. From the front line employee to the CEO/Owner. My belief: There must be systems and processes in place for ALL aspects of your business. My Goal: Share what I have learned and assist those that want to be better leaders in family, life and business. Hopefully the first two statements above have already helped you focus on the most important part of making your business successful.
